sauted prawn & butterfish in ginger, chili, basil, served with crispy potatoes.

Soup:
Asian Creamy Seafood Soup:
our chef's creation, finished with coconut cream.

Main Course:
Grilled Fish Meuniere:
a red snapper fish fillet with vegetables, sauted baby potatoes & beurre blanche sauce.


LUNCH SNACK

Fish & Chips:
3 or 4 pieces of breded deep fried fresh fish fillet, tartare sauce, chips & a mixed salad.

Burger:
Quarter Pounder: minced beef, melted cheese, fried onions, lettuce on a home made bun with chips.

Sandwiches:
Chicken:
home made bun with avocado / mayo spread, chicken fillet, sauce, lettuce & chips.
Tuna: home made bun with avocado / mayo spread, tuna, sauce, lettuce & chips.
Club: white toast with fried egg, lettuce, bitroot, tomato & ham. With chips.

Jaffles:
Toasted bread with ham, cheese & tomato.

Vietnamese Spring Roll:
5 pieces fillt with fresh vegetables & shrimp. Sweet & sour sauce on the side.

Fried Vegetable Spring Roll:
4 crispy pieces, deep fried with a filling of carrot, onion, tage (bean sprouts) & sweet raddish. With a dip on the side.

Satee-tje:
8 pieces of grilled chicken sate with peaut sauce. A mixed salad, with toast, chips or rice.

Samoza:
A specialty from India, 2 pastry's filled with vegetables-cheese & chiken-prawn. All with the typical Indian herbs & spices. Mild in taste, one of our specialty's.


AT THE SIDE

Potato Chips:
Big portion with mayo.

Garlic Bread

Rice:
Traditional steamed white or organic red.
