Indonesian Lamb Rack
In Indonesia lamb is goat (kambing). The goat rack is slowly cooked and served with a gravy/red wine sauce, comes with a baked potato with sour creme, spring onions & chopped bacon and grilled vegetables. Really delicious worth trying.
Minced Lamb with north african spices, Kus Kus, and a yoghurt raita cucumber salat. Delicious, as anyone who’s tasted proper Middle Eastern cooking knows.
